All suggested rates of application should only be used as a guideline.  All products are manufactured and tested according to the manufacturers standards and are sold in good faith.

Although the products of NutriCo S.A. has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, the manufacturer and/or distributor does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal climatic and storage conditions; quality of dilution water; compatibility with other substances not indicated on the label as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application.  The manufacturer and/or distributor furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment or harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the nutrient/remedy concerned due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions that could not have been foreseen in terms of the product formulation.  Consult the supplier or registration holder in the event of any uncertainty.

The distributor’s and manufacturer’s obligation is limited to replacement of defective product.  Neither distributor nor manufacturer shall be liable for any defective product.  Neither distributor nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of misuse or the inability to use the product.  All other warranties, except in writing from the distributor/manufacturer, whether expressed or implied are hereby disclaimed.
